2. Cash-offer requests are not offers to buy

Submitting the form on this site asks us to evaluate your property. It is not a binding contract. We will contact you, review the property, and — if it fits our buying criteria — send you a written offer you can accept or decline. You are free to walk away at any time before signing a purchase agreement.

Any written offer we send will be in a separate document. Nothing on this website, and nothing you send us via the website, creates a legal obligation to buy or sell a property.

3. Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep information on this site accurate. Property values, market data, timelines, and examples are estimates based on publicly available information. They are not appraisals, and they do not guarantee the amount, timing, or terms of any specific offer. Your actual offer depends on a property inspection and title review.

4. Your use of the site

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to scrape, crawl, or harvest content or lead forms in bulk.
